The essentials
- We never hold your funds
Swaps are executed by an independent decentralised protocol. Your deposit goes to an address the protocol controls.
- Addresses are screened before you send
We check payout and refund addresses against sanctions lists before you get a deposit address.
- Refunds go to your refund address
If a swap can't complete, the protocol returns funds there, minus the network fee.
- Blockchain transactions are final
Check every address. Amounts below the minimum, or sent after the address expires, may be lost.
